-- Santana's first Spanish-language album, Corazon, is due out next week, but on Tuesday the band premiered the first official music video from the album, for a song called "Saideira. The clip, which features guest singer Samual Rosa of the Brazilian rock band Skank, also includes, unsurprisingly, some ripping guitar work from Carlos Santana.
As previously reported, Corazon features a variety of guest stars, including Gloria Estefan, R&B singer Miguel, award-winning Colombian rockers Juanes and Carlos' son Salvando Santana.
This past December, Santana played a special show in Guadalajara, Mexico, spotlighting the project, and this Saturday, May 3, a concert documentary shot at the event, Santana-Corazon: Love from Mexico: Live It to Believe It, will premiere on HBO Latino. The special will air at 8 p.m. ET/7 p.m. CT.
As previously reported, Santana and his band will be launching a tour in support of Corazon in late May, as well as a separate joint trek with Rod Stewart. Visit Santana.com to check out the group's full itinerary.
