Surviving Nirvana Members Join Paul McCartney for Encore in Seattle

Dave Grohl, Krist Novoselic and Pat Smear hopped on stage at Safeco Field and performed "Cut Me Some Slack," the song they played with McCartney for Grohl's Sound City documentary. They previously performed it live at the 12-12-12 Superstorm Sandy benefit concert in New York City.


McCartney and the Nirvana members continued with a few Beatles classics, including "Get Back," the Little Richard cover "Long Tall Sally," "Helter Skelter" and "The End, " reports

Novoselic tweeted after the performance, "Thank you @PaulMcCartney for a great show and for having us play with you all."
