Elton John Suffering from Appendicitis, Postpones European Tour Dates

According to a post on John's official website, the 66-year-old pop-rock legend was diagnosed with "appendix abscess surrounding retrocaecal appendicitis" after he fell ill during his current European trek. He currently is taking antibiotics and is expected to undergo surgery in the U.K. in the coming weeks.

Ray Davies Says He Wishes The Kinks Could Have Reunited at Last Year's London Olympics

Bon Jovi Donates $1 Million to New Jersey Sandy Relief Fund
