Be Alert For Fire Danger

Even if you experience scattered rain showers in your area, our fire danger is still at hand. Please be safe as you plan your outdoor adventures this weekend.

Besides being illegal, the discharge of even a single firework or explosive device in the forest poses a major risk of igniting multiple fire starts all at once. Remember to be especially careful with fire and outdoor activities. While campfires are allowed in approved pits west of the Cascade Mountains in designated state, county, municipal, or other campgrounds, they are not allowed east of the Cascade Mountains.
