Robin S. Sweitzer

sweitzerr.jpgRobin Sue Sweitzer, 50, of Shelton, WA died on Friday, December 2, 2011 at Providence St. Peter Hospital in Olympia, WA. Robin was born on April 1, 1961 to Freddie L. and Phyllis A. (McGee) Campbell in Olympia, WA. She attended school in Shelton. Robin was married to Donny Sweitzer during the 80’s. He passed away in 1993.
Robin was a homemaker and a member of the Eagles of Shelton. Her hobbies were sewing and going to the casino. She loved being outdoors, picking mushrooms, riding quads, working on cars, going to garage sales and second hand stores, and walking her dog “Mack.” Her family shared that she loved her grandchildren tremendously and the loved her, even to the point of sneaking out at night to go over to her home. They described her as being loving, outgoing, motivated, friendly, well known, a prankster, strong willed and stubborn at times. She collected hearts and small figurines. She really enjoyed spoiling her grandchildren.
Survivors include her parents, Phyllis and Don Lyons; daughter, Michelle (Brandon) Marks; sons, Jackie (Nicole) Krueger Jr, Brent Sweitzer, and Jimmie (Anna) Huff; sisters Bernice (Rocky) Langley and Carol (Rueben) Bernel; brother, Rick Emsley; and grandchildren, Amelia, Michelle, Dakota, Chad and Kennadi. All are from Shelton.

A celebration of life will be held on Saturday, December 10, 2011 at 11:00 at Hope Chapel, 421 W “E” St. Shelton, WA.
