Denny Howard “Dennis” Fuller

Fuller_D.jpgDenny Howard “Dennis” Fuller, 65, a life long Shelton resident, died at his home Thursday, August 9, 2012.  He was born in Shelton on April 27, 1947 to Howard D. and Ruth (Miller) Fuller. 
Denny graduated from Irene S. Reed High School in 1965 and in 1986 he married Joanna R. Whitener.  He was a self-employed logger owning and operating his own company, Fuller Logging and Trucking, for 45 years.  He was a member of the Shelton Masonic Lodge Mount Moriah #11. 
Denny was a yachtsman and enjoyed horse backing in the mountains with family, hunting, fishing, snorkeling, landscaping, in high school he enjoyed football and earned a scholarship from high school choir.   He was a jokester and was known for his sense of humor and Denny was an outdoorsman when not working hard seven days a week. 
He is preceded in death by his parents; Howard and Ruth Fuller; sister, Eloise Wokojance.
Denny is survived by his wife, Joanna Fuller of Shelton, WA; son, Jason Fuller (Irina) of Shelton, WA; daughters, Mary Anne Macaw of Prescott, WA, Suzi Fuller of Wasilla, AK, Kati Fuller of Shelton, WA; sisters, Joann Hunter (Jim) of Shelton, WA, Beverly Wallace of Walla Walla, WA, Gail Brewer, Shelton, WA; grandchildren, Sterling Stapelton, Prescott, WA, Dezeray, Heather and Joe Ball all of Silverdale, WA and Lexi Fuller of Shelton, WA; one great grandchild; and numerous nieces, nephews and cousins.  Memorial donations may be sent to American Cancer Research, 2120 First Ave N., Seattle, WA 98109.  The funeral service will be at the Seventh day Adventist Church on Tuesday, August 21, 2012 at 10:00 am with viewing from 9:00 am to 10:00 am the same day.  Burial will be at Shelton Memorial Park after the service.
