Monna Louise Heinis

Monna Louise Heinis ( Jeffery), 87, died Monday January 14, 2013 in Olympia, WA. She was born October 13, 1925 in Staples, MN, to Joe and Verna (Tradup) Dubbels. Monna attended schools in Minnesota and became a school teacher in a one room school (ages 1st to 8th grade) in Wadena, MN. She later was a homemaker. Monna was a member of Mt. Olive Lutheran Church in Shelton, Southside Homemakers Club and World Mark time share camping group and was a 4H leader. Monna enjoyed her home, traveling, working hard and reading. She is survived by her two sons, Jeffery A. Heinis of Shelton; Mark E. Heinis (Ginger) of Sandpoint, ID; two brothers, Warren Dubbels of Henning, MN, Joe Dubbels of Lincoln, MN; sister, Donna Thiel of Staples, MN; four grandchildren, Ian, Clinton, Andrew and Melissa Heinis, two great grandchildren, Laila and Tatiana Suarez. Monna was preceded in death by her parents, Joe and Verna Dubbels ; two sisters, Alair and Brenalda. Memorial donations may be sent to, Mt Olive Lutheran Church, 206 E.
