NY Gov. Cuomo Announces Plan to End AIDS by 2020

The plan includes better tracking and treatment of people who have the virus, as well as bulk discounts for HIV drugs.

Gov. Cuomo is also participating in New York City's annual Gay Pride Parade on Sunday.
