Clarification on audio interview:

KMAS Radio:

On Tuesday, September 11 while speaking on your Mason County Connections program, I miss-represented an internal communication between myself and members of the Skookum Rotary. During that program I stated the Skookum Rotary was contemplating a memorandum of understanding which included an offer to "manage" the current Mason County Fairgrounds. This is incorrect.

The activity contemplated by the Skookum Rotary was to facilitate a conversation among potential funders of a new facility and conversation regarding appropriate and potential managers.

I apologize for any confusion and/or problems caused by my miss-representation. My apologies to members of the Skookum Rotary, to your staff and to your audience.

I would appreciate any efforts you can make to disseminate this correction and retraction.

Thank you for your service to our community.

Sincerely,

Terri Jeffreys
