Jahi McMath's family fought to keep Children's Hospital from taking her off a ventilator that keeps her heart beating. Now, family attorney Christoper Dolan said Jahi has been taken to a long-term care facility, where she will be given a feeding tube and a breathing tube.

"Jahi McMath has been taken from Children's Hospital and brought to a place where they will use her name instead of calling her a body," Dolan said. "And where she can get to the starting line instead of where Children's has left her for the past four weeks, almost at the finish line."

Dolan would not disclose the location of the facility.
