The victim's wife was critically injured in the blast. Federal agents are helping police investigate the incident, sifting through the rubble and looking for evidence to find parts of the bomb and the package it was delivered in.

Retired lawyer Jon Setzer was killed and 72-year-old Marion Setzer, also home at the time, was taken to Vanderbilt University Medical Center. The blast was heard miles away. "I heard a big boom -- thought someone might have actually backed into the building next to my office," said Jennifer Whitener, who works nearby.

Police are warning residents in the area to be careful of unexpected packages. There is currently no motive in the attack. Authorities are offering an $8,000 reward for leads on the case.
