Michigan Police Seek Person of Interest in Body Parts Case

Michigan police are looking for a woman who they say is a person of interest in the case of human remains found in garbage bags on a snowy highway. Police from the St. Clair County Sheriff's Office released a surveillance photo of the woman, who was driving a gray SUV. The case began when a passerby contacted officials Thursday about a "suspicious package," police said.

Florida Reopens Drug Cases After Chemist Allegedly Caught Swapping Evidence

Florida Department of Law Enforcement spokesperson Gretl Plessinger said officials are now looking into 2,600 cases handled by the chemist since 2006.

Charges Filed Against Boy Scout Leaders Who Toppled Ancient Rock Formation

Glenn Taylor, 45, was charged with one count of felony criminal mischief and David Hall, 42, was charged with one count of felony aiding and assisting in criminal mischief. The pair filmed themselves allegedly toppling an ancient rock formation while vacationing through the Goblin Valley State Park in Utah.

Flight Makes Emergency Landing in Newark After Fumes Reported

Man with Rifle, Machete Arrested for Threatening George W. Bush

Bush. Benjamin Smith, 44, of Pittsford, New York, said he wanted to start a romantic relationship with Bush's daughter, Barbara. Authorities found him in Manhattan after he left a note with his mother in which he threatened to kill the 43rd President, the New York Daily News reports.
