Turbulence Injures Passengers, Crew Members on United Airlines Flight
(BILLINGS, Mont.) -- Three crew members and a number of passengers were injured after a United Airlines flight encountered severe turbulence Monday. The captain of United Flight 1676 declared a medical emergency after reported injuries during the plane's descent into Billings, Mont., according to the Federal Aviation Administration. The Boeing 737-700, which departed from Denver, Colo., around 12 p.m., landed in Billings without incident.
