Minnesota Jury Will Decide Fate of 'Neighbor from Hell'

PAUL, Minn.) -- The nightmare is dragging on a bit longer for a Minnesota couple after their "neighbor from hell," who was scheduled to be sentenced in a harassment case, asked to withdraw her guilty plea. Greg and Kim Hoffman of White Bear Lake, Minn., will have to wait at least another month to close this chapter of their lives that has spanned six years all because of Lori Christensen, 50, who has been dubbed the "neighbor from hell."

Flooding in Colorado Leaves One Dead

"We have confirmed one fatality and that was in Jamestown due to a structure collapse.  But we don't have any other details and we can't get up in there," Gabrielle Boerkircher, a spokeswoman for Boulder County Emergency Management, told ABC News Radio.

Pastor Terry Jones Arrested Ahead of Planned Koran Burning

Deputies arrested Jones as he headed to a park, where he'd announced plans to burn 2,998 Korans -- one for every 9/11 victim -- on the anniversary of the terror attacks. Jones was carrying the books, soaked with kerosene, in the back of his truck.

Family Sues Six Flags After Woman's Fall from Roller Coaster

b_250_0_16777215_00_images_obgrabber_2013-09_b94a4a5b67.jpgABC News (DALLAS) -- The family of a 52-year-old Dallas woman has filed a lawsuit against Six Flags Over Texas two months after the woman was thrown from the seat of her roller coaster and fell 75 feet to her death. Rosa Esparza was killed on July 19 when she fell off the Texas Giant, a 14-story roller coaster that twists and turns at more than 60 miles per hour at the amusement park in Arlington. The lawsuit, which accuses Six Flags of negligence, was filed on Tuesday, the same day Six Flags announced the roller coaster will reopen this weekend.
