(WASHINGTON) -- Fox News host Bill O’Reilly admits that President Obama regards him as an "annoyance." The president sat down with O'Reilly before the Super Bowl for an interview that had some people scratching their heads as to why Obama would submit to questioning from someone who has had very little nice to say about him during the past five years.
O'Reilly told Fox and Friends Tuesday that he believes the president doesn't think that issues concerning the health care law and the Benghazi controversy are "that important" and that they'll "all work out" in the end.
However, O'Reilly did give Obama credit for at least sitting down to talk with him, adding, "He didn’t have to do it, and he knows when he comes in with me, as everyone does, that I’m going to ask what I want to ask."
Meanwhile, real estate mogul Donald Trump, who also appeared on Fox and Friends, gave Obama some unsolicited advice.
Trump, another critic of the president, mentioned how O'Reilly came to the interview wearing a tie and Obama should have followed suit. According to Trump, "It’s sloppy. It’s not appropriate. It’s not presidential."
