Sherwood Guild, a chapter of Mason General Hospital Foundation, will once again host “Cooking with Xinh” on two nights – Sunday, March 23 and Monday, March 24 at 6 p.m. Seating is limited, so reservations must be made by Monday, March 17. The event takes place at Xinh’s Clam & Oyster House, 221 W. Railroad, Shelton. The evening will include a cooking demonstration and recipes from renowned seafood Chef Xinh Dwelley, plus, dinner, dessert, and wine or beer. MGH is approved by the Joint Commission and is a licensed and accredited acute care hospital with a level four emergency trauma designation.
