MGH&FC PRESENTS First Aid/CPR/AED Evening Course In September

SHELTON, Wash. – Fall classes will soon be in session, and Mason General Hospital & Family of Clinics is offering another First Aid/CPR/AED course on Thursday evening, September 11, 2014 from 5 to 9 p.m. in the Hospital’s Learning Center, located next to the Shelton McDonald’s on Olympic Highway North.  
Anyone can be an asset to the community or workplace by learning the basics of first-response in a medical emergency.  The four-hour class combines First Aid, CPR, and AED training, and provides a “course completion card” at the end of the class.  A non-refundable fee of $35 (exact cash or check) is required in advance to cover the cost of books and materials, and registration must be made by September 1.  Comfortable clothing is recommended and a Spanish interpreter can be made available upon request.  Class size is limited to 16 persons, with advanced registration and payment made by calling the Learning Center at (360) 427-3609.
