The Shelton School District Board of Directors has established a Community Partners for Kids Organizational Award to recognize and show appreciation to organizations that have made exemplary contributions to public education in Shelton schools.
Nominations for the awards are being sought from the general community, as well as community organizations, businesses, Shelton School District employees and students. The final selection will be made by consensus of the Shelton School District Board of Directors.
The nomination deadline is Friday, January 10, 2014. Nomination forms and criteria are available at the District’s Administration Services Building at 700 S. 1st St., or by calling 426-8231.
