Jairus Byrd to Sign with Saints

Byrd, who spent his first five NFL seasons with the Buffalo Bills, will receive $54 million from the Saints with $28 million guaranteed. "We had hoped for the opportunity to pursue Jairus Byrd," Saints general manager Mickey Loomis said in a statement.


Report: Broncos Agree to Deal with CB Aqib Talib

According to ESPN, the deal is worth $57 million with $26 million guaranteed. Talib, 28, played for the New England Patriots last season. He totaled four interceptions and 14 pass breakups last season and earned the first Pro Bowl selection of his six-year career.


Pacers Roll Over Celtics in Bynum's Debut

David West scored 24 points and grabbed five rebounds to lead Indiana (47-17), but the story of the night was Andrew Bynum's first game in a Pacer uniform.


Dolphins Trade Jonathan Martin to 49ers

The Dolphins shipped the offensive tackle to the San Francisco 49ers on Tuesday in exchange for a conditional seventh-round draft pick in 2015. According to ESPN NFL Insider Adam Schefter, Miami would only receive the pick if Martin is on San Francisco's opening 53-man roster.
