The Timberline Blazer girls defeated Shelton Friday night 59-29 in a 3-A Narrows League game in Lacey. Timberline controlled the first half, leading by twenty points at halftime. Shelton was unable to get its offense untracked in the second half to overcome the halftime deficit.
The Shelton girls now have a 1-2 league record, and are 2-5 on the season. Timberline has a 2-1 league mark and is 3-3 on the season.

Shelton (0-3 League/0-8 Season) The Timberline Blazer boys picked up their first 3-A Narrows League win with a 62-36 win over Shelton last night in the Highclimber mini dome.
Shelton held a lead throughout much of the first quarter, and trailed by only four going into the second period. Timberline then hit its stride outscoring the 'Climbers 37-12 in the second and third period to secure the win.
The high scorer for Shelton was Tyler Speaks with 18 points. Timberline's Jarryn Bush scored 16 points, and Donaven Dorcey added 13.
The Shelton boys have an 0-3 league record, and are 0-8 on the season. Timberline has a 1-2 league mark and is 4-5 on the season.
